Meet Margot Miller: FX3’s Studio Manager! Margot brings a powerful mix of professional expertise, passion, and real-world dance experience to our team.

After stepping back from her role as Product Development Manager at Lancôme to raise her two daughters, Margot found her true calling in the dance world. As a dance mom for over 20 years, she’s seen how dance transforms lives: her daughter Alexa choreographs for the University of Michigan Dance Team and is the Co-Coach of Syosset High School’s Varsity Kickline while earning her law degree and Jillian just graduated from LSU as a 2x National Champion with the LSU Tiger Girls.

Margot understands the dedication of a dance family, and she’s here to help every step of the way. Her warmth and ability to connect creates an environment where both dancers and parents feel seen and supported.

What truly sets Margot apart is her love for dance. She believes in its power to build confidence, discipline, and lifelong bonds. We’re thrilled she’s bringing her energy and leadership to FX3, helping make our dancers dreams come true.
