She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Bachelor of Science in 2018. In 2021, she earned her Master’s in Exercise Science. Robyn obtained her Doctoral degree at Tufts University and has worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting since graduation—diagnosing, treating, and nurturing the growth and healing of individuals across the lifespan.

While in college, Robyn competed on the national level and soon went on to represent the New York Cosmos, New York Lizards, and New York Riptide as a dancer and ambassador. Later, she served as head coach of the Queens College Dance Team, as well as the dance team coordinator for the New York Riptide. Her most recent work as a practicing dancer was a site-specific solo performed live and featured in The New York Times in 2021, and exhibited at Lincoln Center in 2025.

Robyn’s experience as a fitness professional includes strength and conditioning for the Manhattan College Dance Team, providing personalized nutritional advisement and training programs for LIU and Hofstra University dance teams, and over four years of coaching at Orangetheory Fitness.
Robyn brings a deep passion for both creative movement and science, fueling the next level of training and transformation at FX3.
