Jillian Zagorski is the Founder, Owner, and Creative Director of FX3 “Full Force Fierce,” a name inspired by a special judges’ award she received as a young competitive dancer. The phrase captured her power, precision, and presence on stage, and now fuels the identity of her facility. Jillian began dancing at age three and rose through the competitive ranks, later performing with the nationally acclaimed Hofstra University Dance Team and contributing to both national and world championship titles.

Jillian is signed with Tribe 99, the industry’s leading agency for competitive dance choreography. Her bold, visionary work has elevated top collegiate programs like the University of Cincinnati and the University of Alabama. Internationally, she’s been sought after by elite teams in Japan, Finland, and Greece for her conceptual choreography and dynamic creative direction. She has choreographed for hundreds of teams both nationally and internationally. Jillian is a nationally recognized choreographer with numerous national titles and awards for innovative choreography .
